Terms of Service

BuildTechPro provides roofing, remodeling, mold remediation, emergency restoration, and related property services across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or estimate provided prior to work beginning.

Estimates provided are based on a visual inspection and information provided by the client. Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge.

BuildTechPro is fully licensed and insured to perform work in our service area. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own homeowner's or property insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work commencing.

Workmanship warranties are outlined in your individual service agreement and vary by service type. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranties are void if work is altered or interfered with by a third party after completion.

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a service fee. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a crew has been dispatched.

By requesting our services, you confirm you are the property owner or have the authority to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to ensure the area is clear of obstacles, people, and pets during work hours.

BuildTechPro's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather events, pre-existing conditions, or third-party actions beyond our control.

Any disputes arising from services rendered shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at our discretion. All content on this website is owned by BuildTechPro and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
